Job Description

Position Summary: Customer Success Manager will be responsible for working with Perceptiv end user customers to drive engagement, utilization, and retention. This individual will be responsible for fostering and developing relationships with customers to ensure a fast time to value from implementation through the life of the products and services provided by Perceptiv. This individual will play a key role in advocating for the customer with internal teams, developing processes, identifying product development opportunities, and growing the Perceptiv business.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nourish relationships with end-user decision makers to drive engagement and utilization with Perceptiv solutions for their machine health strategy across facilities and enterprises through regular and frequent customer interactions.
  • Understand condition monitoring and predictive maintenance strategies and how to help customers implement and utilize the full suite of Perceptiv products to improve operations and reach their goals.
  • Establish key metrics to monitor and improve customer engagement and utilization of Perceptiv solutions.
  • Train and onboard end-users on use of Perceptiv monitoring dashboards and ensure efficient onboarding processes for new customers with 100% satisfaction.
  • Act as an advocate for end user customers by providing key Voice of Customer and leading resolution of customer issues.
  • Own and drive retention of Perceptiv accounts through contract renewal presentation and closure
  • Partner with sales on expansion opportunities for Perceptiv solutions and funnel leads to core Regal Rexnord business segments
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management to Identify new product application opportunities at existing customer sites and work with Sales and Product Management

Qualifications

  • 4 year or Associates Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Account Management/Sales, Customer Success Management, Project Management, or preferably in a manufacturing or technical industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Working knowledge of preventative maintenance and conditioning monitor systems and solutions
  • Understanding of, and experience working in, CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Track record of establishing relationships and empathizing with customers while strongly advocating internally for what customers need
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to communication and problem solving.
  • Collaborative and flexible team player able to influence cross functional groups to reach common goals.
  • Willing to handle a variety of tasks both big and small.
  • Proficient in data analysis

Travel: Travel required up to 25% of time
