The Operations Intern will fulfill a part-time (20 to 30 hours per week) temporary role reporting to Operations' Master Scheduler/FCO. This summer role will involve scanning company documents, properly naming and placing them in appropriate computer folders, and shredding documents. This is a first-shift, hourly position that is expected to run from early June to August. Approximately 9 to 10 weeks.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Scan documents
  • Name and file documents in computer folders
  • Shred documents
  • Abide by confidentiality and proprietary company policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Communication, verbal and written (English)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Organizes, plans, prioritizes, and completes work on time
  • Paperwork precision and accuracy
  • Highly responsible with great attendance and attitude

Experience and Education:

  • Familiarity with computers and scanners
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds
