We have a Pool of Traveling Teammates who take contracts at various Advocate Aurora sites in Wisconsin and Illinois - based on licensure, location preference and expertise.
Our contracts are typically full-time for 12-16 weeks. You may take up to 2 weeks off between contracts (once per year, a hiatus of 4 weeks is allowed). Although the temporary nature of Internal Travel Pool does not come with traditional benefits, you may choose to contribute to the 401(k) to continue investing in your future.
Your contract will be signed with one team/department and your next destination will be available before it expires.
