HOURS: 2pm-11pm Monday - Thursday, 2pm-6pm Friday

REPORTS TO: Production Control Supervisor

As a production office associate, you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by assisting in day-to-day production needs in order to meet or exceed our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for the proofing of work orders prior to production and following up daily on any issues that arise to ensure our customers receive remarkable service.

Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.) Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Process an average of 80 work orders per day and proof for errors.
  • Assist in the management of problematic orders and related communication to other departments.
  • Enter and maintain data in various spreadsheets.
  • Follow up on problematic orders daily.
  • Process thread changes.
  • Create packets of work orders for production.
  • Update notes in the Production Scheduler.
  • Coordinate the process for pre-production proofs.
  • Work with Supplier Operations to track missing product.
  • Coordinate the backorder and replacement process.
  • Process and maintain daily reports.
  • Enter tasks requests in Outlook.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for consistently meeting and maintaining performance objectives and/or goals.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous data entry experience a plus.
  • Minimum typing speed 45 WPM.
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
