• Operate equipment using problem-solving and decision-making techniques to produce quality products.
• Assemble materials, operate equipment safely and efficiently, and measure and transport materials with precision.
• Verify that solutions and finished products meet specifications.
• Handle raw materials carefully, maintain process specifications, inspect products for quality, accurately record data, and promptly communicate any issues.
• Additional duties include mixing raw materials, using a crane for batch processing, operating various machinery, troubleshooting and changing dies, preparing catalysts for chemical activation, cutting elements with a manual saw, and building arrays and modules.
• Operate a forklift and overhead crane, work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, recommend procedure improvements, serve as a Remote Station Attendant for Boiler operations, and perform other assigned duties and special projects.
