If you have two years of customer service experience, enjoy talking to people and assisting them with service calls, this may be a great opportunity for you. This is a full-time, long-term contract position with a manufacturing company here in Manitowoc.
Duties include:
Provide product technical data 50%
Provide Factory Authorized Service company information 50%
Provide replacement component part numbers 30%
Create service requests in the call center software or business system 90%
Maintain accuracy and consistency in a fast paced and high call volume role 99%
Sustain a high degree of tact, diplomacy and mature judgement 99%
Work well with others in an office/cubical environment 99%
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00a-4:30p
Requirements:
Must have at least 1-3 years of customer service experience in a professional office, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication skills including: Phone skills, Listening and Verbal
Proficient in typing and have a knowledge of computer software systems (Microsoft Office experience Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to have multiple computer sessions running while tabbing from one program to another
Accurate and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task in a fast pace work environment
Must have High School diploma or equivalent
Must pass a background check and drug test
