We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Administrator - Spanish Bilingual Partner to join our team at Central Processing Corp in Roberts, WI.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as a localized resource for employee questions about benefits, time off, policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and Regional HR Administrators in the assigned region to obtain feedback from workforce and assist with HR related material.
  • Provide administrative support to Regional HR Administrators.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with related recruitment/hiring information required.
  • Participate in Benefits Open Enrollment
  • Review of time-card and benefit information related for payroll processing deadlines.
  • Assist with investigation of employee complaints.
  • Process and maintain employment status changes in internal database (i.e. FMLA, Terminations, Layoffs, Personal Leaves)
  • Process and maintain benefit changes, charges, and updates in internal systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies, programs, laws, and issues.
  • Actively contribute and support continuous HR system and business process improvements.
  • Administer training for managers/supervisors and employees on various HR topics.

  • Standing / Walking / Climbing

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years HR experience.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines (i.e. employee relations, performance management, benefit administration, recruitment and talent development.)
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Experience working in a multi-location environment is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as needed, to work with employees at various locations within assigned region.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding service to enable employees to be successful.
  • Well-organized, self-directed team player.
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task assigned work.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
