- WI realtor's license, in good standing, or the ability to get their license within 30 days.
- Strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals while developing and maintaining great relationships.
- A flexible, "can do" attitude.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Desire for high commission, honesty, and integrity.
