Job Description

Professional Services Group and Community Impact Programs is now hiring for the position of Supervisor to lead our new Public Benefits Specialist team! PSG/CIP is a multi-service community-based social services organization that fulfills its mission of helping individuals and families achieve their greatest potential through dynamic, cost-effective, and innovative programming responsive to the needs of diverse communities.

The Public Benefits Specialist program is a collaboration with Kenosha County's Division of Aging, Disability, & Behavioral Health Services providing support, education, and advocacy to public benefits consumers and to service providers and professionals in the community. As the Benefits Specialist Supervisor, you will supervise a team of Benefits Specialists and Medicare Outreach Specialists who work with individuals who are 60 years and older and/or individuals with disabilities or mental health concerns.

LOCATION: Office is on-site in Kenosha, WI. Flexibility for hybrid/remote scheduling after training period is complete.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

SALARY: $29.00-31.00 per hour, based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License, personal automobile insurance, and reliable transportation on a daily basis
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is required
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health concerns, or individuals age 60 or greater
  • Experience working with public benefits is preferred
