The Mortgage Post Closing Specialists are passionate about delivering high quality service and product. They are responsible for reviewing loan origination and loan servicing functions to assess and report quality levels attained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs Post-Close mortgage loan reviews for adherence to all applicable State and Federal regulations, investor requirements, and Johnson Bank Loan Policy criteria.
  • Documents, tracks and reports on compliance/accuracy levels to the appropriate management teams with the goal of assisting them to improve quality within their respective work-flows.
  • Manages vendor work-flows used to augment loan quality activities and disseminates findings as appropriate.

Qualifications and Benefits:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of mortgage originations, investor guidelines and quality assurance experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility with industry changes and job responsibilities with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; experience with a mortgage loan origination operating system preferred.
  • Eligible for our company profit sharing bonus.
