Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position has occasional travel to clinics but is based at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Manager Healthcare Technology Management to:

• Execute the medical management plan, including equipment life cycle, staff, budgeting and day-to-day operations.
• Work in partnership with leadership to optimize workflows and processes.
• Review, audit, and participate in decision support activities related to problem diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance.

Education:

Minimum - Associate's degree in Healthcare Technology Management, Electronics, or other related field

Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - Three (3) years progressively responsible experience in conjunction with five (5) years experience as a Clinical or Biomedical Engineering Technician troubleshooting equipment

Preferred - Seven (7) years of supervisory experience in Healthcare Technology Management operations.
