TMC, a LinQuest company is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our office in Colorado Springs, CO. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a secret clearance is required. This is a part time position, maximum of 30 hours a week.

The Receptionist represents the company by greeting and hosting visitors who may be customers, vendors, applicants, etc., provides general office support and performs administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain security control by registering facility/office visitors.
  • Manage the phone system, answers, and directs telephone traffic, and distributes mail and parcels, shipment of packages.
  • Maintain a neat and professional front office appearance to include conference rooms and breakroom.
  • Maintain office and break room supplies assisting with ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution.
  • Perform data entry, types, and files documents.
  • Coordinates with and may assist the Accounting Department with basic accounting tasks.
  • Files AP and Travel reports.
  • Scans invoices as needed.
  • Collect and distribute mail
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of 2- years of receptionist experience and customer service.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Knowledgeable of filing systems and MS desktop applications.
  • Prefer basic accounting/bookkeeping experience.
  • Competent in being flexible, Communication Proficiency, Collaboration Skills, Customer/Client Focus, Technical Capacity.
  • Knowledge and experience with Office Equipment.

    Preferred Certification:

    • Associate degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science or equivalent.

    Compensation:

    • The starting salary for this position ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications
