We are seeking a Data Analyst Developer for our customer, County Materials. This position is offered on-site in Marathon, WI only.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain dimensional data models and data warehouses to support reporting and analysis requirements.
  • Build ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis using statistical techniques to derive insights from data.
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to communicate insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate requirements into solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient code for data processing, ETL, reporting, and application development.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations/standards.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment.
  • Design and implement solutions for converting legacy data and reporting systems Hyperion and Acumen to new platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis and software development.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Facility with statistical analysis and data mining techniques
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
  • Solid programming skills in languages like Python, R, Java, C#
  • Knowledge of ETL tools and processes
  • Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
