We are a Sun Prairie based land surveying firm seeking a full-time Land Survey Technician to join our team. Our candidate needs to be organized and self-directed with a strong work ethic, excellent ability to work on multiple projects, and a strong desire to excel.

Duties:
- Prepare and modify site, boundary, and parcel maps.
- Develop solutions to technical and design problems, following established standards.
- Prepare design drawings.
- Assure document standards are met.
- Interpret and read house plans.
- Communicate with clients to resolve issues.

Skills:
- Possess a strong aptitude in math.
- Basic hand drafting skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience using MS Outlook.
- Solid knowledge of land surveying.
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.

Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience in land surveying or related field.

This is a full-time position. Wages based on experience.
