Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Genetic Test Coordinator to:

  • Work collaboratively to support precision health initiatives across the organization.
  • Participate in monitoring and optimizing current genetic test ordering workflows, and assist with the deployment of new workflows.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as completing test order requisitions, facilitating test order add-ons, communicating with outside reference laboratories, and obtaining additional internal and external records.
  • Field administrative questions related to the status of pending genetic test orders.

Education:

Minimum:1-2 years post high school education

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a biological/health science or an equivalent combination of education

Work Experience:

Minimum: None

Preferred: Two years clinical experience in a genetics specialty clinic
