PAY: $58,000+ Depending on experience

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm

As a Screen Printing Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the supervision and production of associates engaged in screen printing department.

Qualified candidates for this role are currently leading by example by demonstrating positivity, good attendance, good performance, and the other guiding principles reflected on the 4imprint compass. Someone who enjoys the more hands-on style of leadership and working alongside their team.

Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Develop, coach, and counsel team members to meet/exceed screen printing goals and objectives.
  • Take ownership of the Screen Printing department and is accountable to ensure the department goals are met and customer needs are satisfied.
  • Set up and operate a screen-printing press to customize garments with customer supplied designs as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with screen printing equipment as they arise.
  • Ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Work with production scheduling to meet timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate scheduling and approval of absences in connection with production needs.
  • Provide ongoing suggestions regarding production workflow, scheduling and productivity.
  • Develop guidelines and processes that measure and assess performance standards for productivity and quality.
  • Provide support and work to implement lean manufacturing initiatives within the department.
  • Work with quality team to improve the customer experience.
  • Coordinate hiring of new associates or use of temporary workers with the HR department and/or temporary agencies.
  • Assist in training of new screen printing department personnel and coordinate training for team members within the department.
  • Provide added assistance in quality production of screen printed garments and sort garments by size/color.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a screen printing production, or similar supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated management skills.
  • Proven effective interpersonal skills.
  • Logical thought process and ability to reason.
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
