Job Description

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Billing/Reimbursement Receptionist to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Processing faxes, while the rest of the team handles phone calls and backlog.
  • Must be comfortable reviewing fax content and uploading information into our Dynamics or Xifin application systems.
  • Enters information into an established application system.
  • Follows procedures used to perform job functions.
  • Demonstrate excellent human relations and communications skills when interacting with all levels of employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Comply with policies and procedures outlined in the Reception Security Manual.
  • Assist with intra-departmental and external department projects.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • High School Diploma and 1-2 years of experience.
  • MUST be comfortable with Dynamics or Xinfin application systems. Experience needed!
