Job Description
Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Wage: $29 - $33 per hour (BOE)
Shift: 2nd and 3rd
Hours: 2nd: 2pm-10pm, 3rd: 10pm-6am

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs, assembly, installation, and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make recommendations to enhance production methods and product quality.
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
- Uphold safety and quality standards while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing practices and food safety guidelines.
Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- Proven experience in maintenance technician roles, with strong mechanical and electrical abilities.
- Full working knowledge of shop hand tools and their applications.
- Demonstrated initiative and effective communication skills.
- Physical capability to perform medium to heavy work, including lifting up to 100 lbs with a team lift, and frequently lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs alone.
