We are looking for an ambitious Talent Casting Director to be a part of the global model bookings vertical within The Talent Group (TTG). Reporting to the Global Head of TTG, this position will have direct accountability for booking across the Vogue Network, working in close partnership with colleagues across functions and divisions - Editorial, Creative, Fashion and events. The successful candidate will also play a key role in leading and influencing the model bookings function across global markets, brands, and platforms.

Primary Responsibilities: * Play an integral role in content ideation with Vogue Editorial leadership, visual/creative directors, and the Global Fashion Network, helping to establish and execute on a holistic global talent booking strategy that maximizes multi-platform content opportunities.* Secure and book talent for multi-platform, multi-market editorial stories (covers, digital, video, events, etc.), ensuring buy-in and approval from all key stakeholders.* Regularly network with modeling agencies, scouts, and photographers around the world, maintaining a system for identifying and securing access to a range of top editorial talent (model, influencers, social/digital content creators) globally.* Identify trends in the broader talent ecosystem and incorporate them accordingly.* Partner with Vogue editorial leadership to accurately reflect the brand's representation, messaging, and influence around talent both in the talent industry and with audiences.* Ensure all casting and talent-driven content is best-in-class and on-brand across platforms and markets, while also delivering locally relevant talent content.* Ideate and collaborate with video and social teams to contribute and implement innovative ideas to drive traffic and audience engagement around scalable talent-driven and talent generated content.* Work closely with direct reports and colleagues within TTG to build alignment and ensure consistent global messaging, strategic coordination, and that work is happening in sync.* Play a lead role in delivering Conde Nast's internal and external POV about the modeling industry, including values, guidelines, and best practices related to body positivity, diversity and inclusion, and mental and physical health.* Build/maintain strong relationships between Conde Nast, model agencies, and model influencers globally in the areas of creative partnership, business partnerships, E-commerce, video and events.* Play a lead role in orchestrating the administrative functions for the vertical including contract negotiations, invoicing, and model releases.* Leverage editorial insights and relationships to support the TTG commercial vertical in model, influencer, and social/digital content creator casting and partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:* Proven experience in senior talent casting roles at major media companies, agencies, or equivalent.* Excellent judgment with demonstrated experience contributing to editorial/creative decisions* A breadth of industry connections and relationships with modeling agencies, scouts, photographers, etc.* Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills with a nimble, flexible, "roll-up-your sleeves, all-hands-on-deck" working style* Highly motivated, self-starter, who doesn't shy away from a fast-paced, matrixed environment with aggressive business goals* Balance of entrepreneurial spirit and operational rigor* High EQ and excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders' inputs, opinions, and decision-making styles* Experience building relationships remotely and across cultures and timezones* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, diplomacy, and tact* People management experience

The expected base salary range for this position is from $180,000-$200,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

For bonus-eligible roles only:In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
