Job Description
Client Summary:
Our client is the nation's leading provider of inpatient and outpatient care for children from birth to 21 years of age facing special health challenges - from chronic illnesses and complex physical disabilities like brain and spinal cord injuries, to developmental and behavioral issues like autism and mental health.
Auto Offer.
8-13wks (specify in submittal..)
Patient Ratio: Ratio 1:4+ for PCU; 1:5 for MS/Tele (Confirm with traveler).
Years of Acute Care Experience Required: 2+ yrs acute care; 1+ yr PCU exp.
First time traveler's accepted.
Every other weekend and holiday.
ACLS, BLS, and NIH required.
True float pool - will float between all MS/Tele, PCU and ED holding.
Must have well-rounded Stepdown or PCU experience.
No block scheduling.
Locals accepted.
Required Skillset: EKG interpretation and management, renal failure, CVAs, TBIs, chest tubes, CPAP/BIPAP, ABGs, trachs, wound vacs.
Scrub color Navy Blue.
