As a Transportation Manager, you'll be responsible for the complete management of all transportation activities in the Memphis DC.

What you'll doAct as the transportation owner for the Memphis DC.
Manage all pre-paid and collect scheduling for all transportation.
Work closely with Uber Freight on scheduling of shipments, escalating when issues occur.
Initiate and manage escalations from commercial teams while working with our Logistics Account Manager.
Support Region Transport Manager in the forecasting process towards carriers; secure high season readiness and manage driving bans and carrier restrictions around bank holidays related to Markets served by the DC.
Bachelor's degree highly preferred and 5+ years' work experience in a logistics environment with a strong customer focus required
Proven track-record managing transport network(s) via transport service providers; pro-active and challenging attitude towards carriers and other stakeholders to solve issues quickly
Problem solving and analytical skills, energized dealing with problems and solving them
Experience with TMS (Transportation Management System) software
Uber Freight and 3PL experience preferred

Salary:$105,800 - 155, 210
Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 15%
