Work Schedule:

100%, day shift. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant:

  • Manage MyTime scheduling and staffing for RN case managers and social workers.
  • Complete payroll management, including both salaried and hourly staff.
  • Compliance assignment and tracking for licensure, certifications, fit testing, and annual competencies.
  • Assist with onboarding of new staff.
  • Collaborate with Coordinated Care managers and lead staff.

Education:

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred - Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
