We are currently seeking experienced 1st Shift Machine Operators to join our team in a high-speed manufacturing setting. The ideal candidates will operate manufacturing equipment to supply raw materials to the production line, fill, cap, seal, label, or package products, and ensure the efficient operation of production equipment.

Hours : Monday- Friday 3pm-11pm
Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment to supply raw materials to the production line.
• Fill, cap, seal, label, or package products according to specifications.
• Remove damaged product or supplies as needed.
• Maintain required product inspection processes, including completion of all required food safety checks and documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
• Follow all department and company policies and procedures.
• Operate and monitor the line, removing or shifting materials and/or finished product as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operation.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Clean equipment and area during and after the shift.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with high-speed production machinery preferred.
• Fork truck experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
