Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Manager, Product Merchandising position, you'll have a pivotal role in driving product sales. Your responsibilities include overseeing both print and digital merchandising for approximately 650,000 products. You will lead the team responsible for optimizing site search functionality, guiding navigation, and managing facet usage to create a seamless and efficient online shopping experience for our customers. Additionally, you will develop innovative merchandising strategies to meet the dynamic needs of our marketplace. By leveraging data analytics and customer feedback, you will ensure that our product offerings are effectively categorized and presented, enhancing both product visibility and engagement.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Champion and empower our Product Content Partners, ensuring they drive and execute effective product merchandising strategies. Leverage your in-depth knowledge of tools and processes to guide their success.

  • Mentor and elevate team members by imparting expertise in AI, site search, digital and print marketing, e-commerce best practices, and Marketing processes. Encourage growth and empower them to advance their skills and operate at the top of their license.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Creative Services, Go To Market, Product Marketing, and Sales to innovate new solutions to merchandising needs.

  • Utilize analytics to identify trends and create plans to improve sales through targeted ads, promotions, and other innovative marketing strategies Audit sites on a quarterly basis to identify areas that will improve sales. Work with the Product Content and Merchandising Specialists to execute those ideas and analyze the results.

  • Participate in writing, reviewing, and optimizing data governance policies, procedures, and standards. Maintain a close relationship with Data Governance team to find effective ways of monitoring content completeness and accuracy in all merchandising channels

  • Understand STEP (PIM): Web UI and Workbench workflows and set up to enable troubleshooting for internal and external partners as needed.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in product marketing, digital marketing, or related

  • 10+ years of business experience in product or digital marketing

Additional Items of Interest:

  • PIM or MDM system data flow, mapping, and architecture experience preferred

  • JavaScript and Stibo or similar database tools experience preferred

  • Previous people and project management experience preferred
