Arjo's is seeking a hands-onAssociate Product Marketing Manager,to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive growth within the therapeutic support surface and long term rental product categories. In this cross-functional role, you will develop and implement comprehensive internal and external marketing plans that increase market share penetration, revenue, and profitability.

Day-to-day functions:

  • Development and execution of overall strategy, marketing plans, and programs of assigned categories.
  • Development and execution of launch and go-to-market plans for assigned product lines(s) including strategy, messaging, marketing material, forecasting, promotions, pricing, competitive analysis and sales force tactics.
  • Management of business operations of designated product(s), including all distribution and factory/manufacturer relationships, sales forecasting, local market evaluation, and commercialization
  • Provide day-to-day support to sales and clinical teams.
  • Assist with market research and intelligence gathering
  • Assist with Health Systems Requests for Information (RFI) & Requests for Proposal (RFP) for responsible product lines.
  • Close partnership with the Sales organization to ensure alignment on business strategies and execution plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's/Advanced degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing/product management experience
  • Prior experience in the medical device, healthcare or related industry is highly desired, but not required
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written, presentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and other database concepts.
  • Experience in B2B Marketing. B2B Sales experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, planning, development and management. Demonstrated fundamental understanding of basic marketing skills, including 4P's.
  • Strong technical and conceptual proficiency. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Proven capacity for critical thinking, planning, marketing, and product development.
