Defense Industry Analyst Senior

The Defense Industry Analyst Senior position at Cherokee Preting involves providing expert-level all-source analytical support to the U.S. Army Operations Group (AOG) at Ft. Meade, MD. The role requires conducting comprehensive analysis of various topics and operational environments, contributing to operational planning, and enhancing target knowledge. The Senior Defense Industry Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the AOG's mission by delivering in-depth insights and strategic recommendations.

Defense Industry Analyst Senior Responsibilities Include:
- Ten (10) years of experience within the IC, must include knowledge of and experience with intelligence operations and its various disciplines, functions, processes, and documentation, with 4 years of experience in intelligence analysis tradecraft, and operations at the Division G2, Corps, ASCC, or higher levels.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Must have one of the following courses:
- Joint CI/HUMINT and Analysis Targeting Courses (J-CHATC); or
- All-Source Analyst Courses or service equivalent; or
- Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA)
- Experience with intelligence automated systems, specifically all-source analytical databases.
- Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis
- Experience in managing research and coordination for projects.
- Experience in instructing and interacting with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Defense Industry Analyst Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Experience in delivering global situational awareness in support of planning, synchronization, decision making and execution of client missions
- Detailed knowledge of DIA, NSA, CIA, DEA, FBI, DHS, and Departments of Treasury and State programs and products.
- Additional training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification.
- Have a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a related Master's Degree from an accredited college/university (with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2 years).
- Must have at least seventeen (17) years of related experience (with a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years) in lieu of a Master's Degree.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph
- Knowledge of intelligence cycle: requirements, collection, dissemination, analysis, and production.
- Knowledge of Intelligence Oversight and Security Guidelines pertaining to HUMINT operations.
- Knowledge of Social, Cultural, and Commercial networks
- Detailed knowledge of Intelligence Oversight and Security Guidelines pertaining to HUMINT operations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing, presenting, and communicating complex topics using available multimedia software and applications.
- Detailed knowledge of state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
