The Lowes Account Management Pressure TreatedRetail Sales - ProWood plays a pivotal role in UFP Industries success. Their primary responsibilities include:

  • Establish and Maintain Positive Working Relationships: Build and nurture positive working relationships with key stakeholders at Lowe's. This includes regular communication and collaboration to ensure a strong partnership.

  • Create Programs and Ongoing Business: Develop and implement programs and initiatives that drive ongoing business with Lowe's. These programs could include promotions, marketing campaigns, or product launches.

  • New Products and Services Penetration: Identify opportunities to introduce new pressure-treated wood products and services into the Lowe's product offerings. This may involve market research and product development.

  • Forecast Financial Plans: Develop and maintain a financial plan for Lowe's accounts. This plan should include sales projections, gross profit targets, and volume expectations.

  • Effective Communication: Ensure that agreements, requirements, and expectations of the National Accounts team are effectively communicated to all internal groups within the organization. This includes sales, marketing, and logistics teams.

  • Meet Sales Goals: Set and work towards sales targets, gross profit goals, and volume objectives for the pressure-treated wood category within Home Depot and Lowe's.

  • Asset Management: Take responsibility for the care and management of assets deployed for the Lowe's accounts. This includes managing accounts receivable (A/R), optimizing inventory turnover rates, and addressing aged inventory issues.

Customer Type Focus: Concentrate efforts on the Home Center customer type, specifically Lowe's. Tailor strategies and initiatives to meet the unique needs and preferences of these retailers.

Product Category Focus: Specialize in the pressure-treated wood product category. This involves in-depth knowledge of the products, market trends, and customer preferences within this category.

Overall, the role of ProWood Lowe's Account Manager is to drive sales, profitability, and growth within the pressure-treated wood category by effectively managing relationships and resources with a focus on the Lowe's accounts.
