POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Vice President Sales Enablement to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our North American sales organization. This position is based remotely and will report into the Executive Vice President, Market North America. The Vice President Sales Enablement will lead initiatives to develop, implement, and manage sales programs to improve both the quality and quantity of sales productivity and effectiveness. This individual will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Human Resources teams and each separate business to ensure proper alignment while still allowing for tailoring to suit the complex, varying go-to-market strategies of each business.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $175,000 - $200,000 base salary (salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Create and execute a rigorous sales management operating system that integrates the coordinated review and execution of the sales pipeline, account leads, and opportunities across the entire enterprise
  • Inspect, coach, and enforce the practical utilization of standard sales metrics
  • Drive the initiatives that improve seller performance and productivity measurably and sustainably by developing programs and metrics that increase the adoption of the right sales behaviors and outcomes around sales activities
  • Manage and lead the contract administration team
  • Drive Salesforce.com implementation, enhancements and improvements on behalf of all the businesses represented in North America

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably with an additional, relevant post-graduate business/commercial qualification
  • 5+ years' experience including a combination of sales operations, sales leadership/management, and/or Commercial Excellence roles in a large matrixed organization
  • Experience in compensation plan design and incentive program development
  • Working knowledge of and experience implementing Sandler Methodology-consultative selling approach
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices and capabilities
  • Experience with contract selling and management of contracts
  • This role will require 25% travel
