Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is a progressive shipyard specializing in building ships for the United States Navy. We currently have an opportunity for an Maintenance Foreman at our Marinette, Wisconsin location.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for leading a maintenance team responsible for supporting production area needs for all electrical and mechanical services for the construction of ships for delivery to both commercial and military customers. Develops, defines and manages assigned department/area to attain quality, schedule and cost objectives. Reviews and understands department, organization, and company goals and objectives and supports execution plans that ensure positive predictable results.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises 1 to 10 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
