Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Professionally sells Pepsi-Cola products and services to assigned retail customers according to company goals and customer needs. Responsible for training and development of Account Representatives according to company standards. Majority of time should be spent selling and enhancing market share of our brands as well as working with and coaching direct reports in the field. Ensures customer satisfaction by these groups with-in a designated geographic area. Executes marketing strategies to achieve monthly sales volume, profit, distribution, and merchandising goals within assigned accounts according to company plans. Responsible for capturing various pieces of sales information and translating this into an actionable plan for specific "account team" members to execute against in assigned accounts on a daily / weekly basis. Every member of the WP Team is a sales person for our brands and the company. Therefore, the Account Supervisor must be focused on providing WP Beverages with profitable growth through the sale and efficient distribution of our refreshing beverages, superior customer service and innovative customer focused marketing programs.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

2. Minimum two years management experience of front-line employees.

3. Ability to regulate labor costs while maintaining high customer service levels.

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

5. Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

6. High attention to detail and follow through.

7. Repetitive lifting of 50 pounds from floor to waist, chest or shoulder height; pulling cart with load weighing up to 220 pounds.

8. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Strong team-building skills.

10. Ability to concentrate for extended periods in a highly distracting environment.

11. Ability to work effectively in periods of prolonged stress.
