OverviewMicrosoft's Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.As a Portfolio Planning - Program Manager, you will work with the Microsoft Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Group for the Cloud business. This team is responsible for running portfolio review, reconciliation, executive IBP forum, integrated power planning & optimization, and buffer modeling. Responsibilities Define decommissioning policies (remove hardware due to aging/End of LIfe) for Microsoft Cloud's data centers.Manage Portfolio, including product lifecycle strategy, for IBP by working with cross functional teams across Azure and Non-Azure business units to drive consensus on decommissioning targets and attainment strategies.Identify vulnerablities with aging fleet and drive awareness with early warning communication and decisions.Embody our culture and values.
