The LMS Analyst is responsible for all labor management program design and system configuration. They design and maintain activity mapping and engineered labor standards to ensure accurate performance measurement across departments. They are also a key support for the picking operations team, leading changes to warehouse management, voice picking, and labor management systems. With user profiles closely tied to the LMS, this analyst also owns user access and creation across multiple systems. This role is based out of the Liberty Distribution Center with being on site preferred but does have the option to work remote at times. Some of the responsibilities may include:
