Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated BU General Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on acquiring new customers and expanding market presence
• Sales Leadership: Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives, set targets, and support the sales team in achieving their goals
• Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships
• RMR and Installation Growth: Drive revenue growth through increased Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) and installation services
• Team Development: Build and nurture a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to staff members
• Culture Building: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and excellence
• Community Engagement: Represent the company as a community leader, participating in industry events, networking opportunities, and local initiatives
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress towards business objectives and identify areas for improvement
• Budget Management: Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and optimizing profitability
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, suppliers, and other relevant organizations

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or management role
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Knowledge of the security industry and familiarity with local market dynamics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree a plus
