Nokia of America Corporation, Senior SW Product Expert, (Multiple Positions), Dallas TX.

SALARY RANGE: $148,324- $226,673 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)


Nokia of America Corporation, Senior SW Product Expert, (Multiple Positions), Dallas TX. Perform deployment, integration, testing and validation of the Nokia's Assurance Center (NAC) product application. Integrate, verify, test, and modify software system components and apply innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and specifications. Document NAC software and application defects using a bug tracking system and report defects. Assist in software maintenance processes in emergency cases contributing to system restoration. Provide appropriate follow-up to customers and update case information in the support tool. Participate in NAC design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, operational characteristics, product designs, and schedules. Diagnose complex problems and provide resolution or recommend corrective actions. Support development and delivery of software build-controlled production releases. Ensure customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and KPI quality performance level. Restore and neutralize operational or functionality disruptions within committed SLAs. Retain technical and design knowledge for assigned products and technologies. Provide training to the lower support teams. Create knowledge management articles. #LI-DNI


JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, and 6 years of post-Bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following: Backend scripting including Bash, Python, and Go; Cloud/Virtualization tools: Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, OpenStack, OpenShift, and VMware vSphere; Databases: Oracle, MySQL, and MariaDB; DevOps methodology, Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Azure DevOps, Ansible, and Terraform; API gateways and Micro Services including restful APIs; Github and CI/CD pipeline; performing debugging, code optimization, and automation; performing systems engineering, tuning, performance, memory management and troubleshooting.

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted, depending on business need.
