- The position will be responsible to develop components within Servicenow
- Help the integration owners in converting system integration from Remedy to Servicenow
- Configure the ServiceNow instance for ITSM change, incident, service request management and CMDB.
- Interact with business & technology stakeholders to gather to requirements, design & develop the applications
Requirement:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow (7+ years) with a deep subject matter expertise on ITSM (IT Service Management) modules
- Change management, Incident management, CMDB, Service Request management & Asset management
- Proficiency in developing applications, workflows, integrations within ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with Integrations with third party systems using REST APIs, Integration hub experience.
- Experience with setting business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes.
- Flow designer experience for automating processes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Javascript, Glide)
- Experience with ATFs
- Excellent communication skills
