The Sales Coordinator is Responsible for coordinating and serving as the interface between the sales process and the inventory process.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Initiate/follow up on make ready, review description, and shipment to customer on all equipment/attachments.
  • Assist sales/management with pricing, availability, dealer searches, reservations of equipment, and configurations.
  • Initiate shipment to end users, store transfers, and review/code freight invoices.
  • Coordinate and communicate make ready forms for new sales and leases.
  • Process sales paperwork for invoicing.
  • Initiate/maintain no charge agreements for demos and loaners.
  • Assist customers in sales force absence.
  • Assist finance manager, sales staff and customers with equipment finance transactions.
  • Determine all requirements to register and title new and used equipment. (Texas and Oklahoma).
  • Request and store required state inspection reports.
  • Maintain databases, MSO's, and titles.
  • Follow up with vendors on new purchases to receive MSO's, Titles, etc.
  • Assist sales department/customer's with questions to complete required documents.
  • Deliver/Pick up required paperwork to/from tax office and TXDOT.
  • Provide additional support when needed.
  • Create purchase orders, receipt items, and code invoices for payment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
