Job Title: Consulting Sales Engineer, Security-SLED
Juniper Networks is seeking a highly motivated network security expert to help accelerate sales in the Security business unit. This position will be focused on growing our State and Local Government along with K12 and Higher Education customers (SLED). This individual contributor will be responsible for presenting the Juniper security portfolio to prospective customers, creating and delivering demonstrations of the products and solutions, gathering technical requirements, assisting in evaluation test plans with strategic customers, enabling partners and the field teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the product line and grow the security business.
This position requires a broad and deep understanding of customer security needs and trends in campus, data center, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be able to understand, design, configure, and communicate complex routing concepts, Next Generation Firewall capabilities, virtualization and cloud architectures, central management and deployment, automation and orchestration, and integrations with 3rd party solutions, including identity, endpoint, OT, etc.

Minimum Salary: $165,120.00
Maximum Salary:$237,360.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $165,120.00 and $237,360.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
