Executive Administrative Assistant supporting our Chief Supply Chain officer and his team.

What You Can Expect

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Heavy calendar management while scheduling key meetings and events, including room reservations and caterings.
  • Coordinating meetings and calls across all levels of the organization and multiple time zones.
  • Organizing complex domestic and international travel arrangement including passport and visa requirements.
  • Creating and submitting expense reports.
  • Assist with special projects for the executive and/or team. Including research, analyze, compile data, and prepare reports.
  • Provides support for departmental events, quarterly events, and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization.
  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years administrative and business support in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. business administration, human resources, marketing, communications) preferred not required.
  • Consistent track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and strong sense of professionalism.
  • Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react with the best interest of the business in mind.
  • Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and upmost secrecy.
  • Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, purchasing and finance systems

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

33 - 50, $ per hour.

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
