Position is responsible for the maintenance and operation of a new 300 MMSCFD cryogenic natural gas processing plant in the Delaware Basin. The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for recruiting, training, supporting, and overseeing the Plant Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technicians and Plant Mechanics. The Maintenance Foreman will oversee the maintenance and mechanical integrity programs which includes but is not limited to the following equipment:
- Natural gas and liquids separation
- Condensate stabilization
- Amine treating
- TEG Glycol and Mole Sieve dehydration
- Turbine, reciprocating, and screw compression
- Turbine power generation
- Propane refrigeration
- Natural gas cryogenic processing
- Valves, instrumentation, tanks, & pumps
- CO2 compression, treating, & dehydration
- Gas and liquids measurement
- Reverse Osmosis water treating
- Plant PLCs, DCS, and safety systems
- PDCs, transformers, breakers, wiring, motors, VFDs, and additional electrical equipment
In addition, the Maintenance Foreman will be a key contributor to EOG's proactive safety culture. This is a unique grass-roots opportunity in which the Maintenance Foreman will play a significant role in the design and construction of the facility, along with the development of plant maintenance and operating procedures. The Maintenance Foreman will interface regularly with plant technician, plant operator, engineering, control room, environmental, supply chain, management, and safety teams. The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and operations and have a proven track record as an organizational leader. Position will be based at the Janus Plant site near Mentone, Texas.
