Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled hours are 7:40am - 4:10pm, Monday through Friday. Some holidays required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Supply Clerk (Shipping and Mailing Clerk) to:

  • Be responsible for the accurate receiving and distribution of all materials coming through the University Hospital receiving dock.
  • Use the Oracle computer system to accurately locate and sort all inpatient mail.
  • Exhibit good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Education:

Minimum - High school graduate or equivalent

Work Experience:

Preferred - Relevant work experience in a healthcare environment
