The selected candidate plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion | Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and team leadership | Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions | Responsibilities are within the Program Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.

Major Position Responsibilities
    Manages all aspects of complex projects throughout the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
  • Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
  • Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors.
  • Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
  • Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
  • Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
  • Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.
  • Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
Basic Qualifications
  • Required Education: Associates Degree OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/ or Experience
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Discipline/Major: Business degree or related discipline preferred
  • Additional Certifications: Project Management Certification preferred
  • Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 7-8 years experience relevant to the positions functional area
