We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Office Assistant. This position will be expected to perform a wide variety of duties to support the warehouse needs of the company.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ensure all shipping documents are created and maintained accurately. This includes BOLs, hold tags, SLI and other international shipment documents.
  • Responsible for order entry, follow-up, status, and other daily communication with customers in coordination with customer service and other staff.
  • Interact with customers as needed to clarify or communicate discrepancies and schedules.
  • Inspect and record incoming and outgoing orders for count, damage, dates, etc.
  • Schedule truck shipments, UPS, and FedEx as needed.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving area as needed.
  • Other responsibilities include monitoring and replying to emails in a timely manner, scanning and filing paperwork, printing orders for the next day, and communicating issues to the appropriate department / or supervisor.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Experience in similar position preferred
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
