How You'll Make a Difference

PMI maintains the largest global community of project professionals and seeks frequent forms of engagement with the community members via its 300+ local chapters.

You will be responsible for effective administrative support for Global Account Management and Channel Sales, including order execution and fulfillment processing, maintenance of records and files, accuracy of CRM records, expense reports, budget reconciliation reports, meeting coordination, facilitation of internal communication, activity follow-up, report compilation and analysis Effective collaboration across multiple internal teams and stakeholders is critical for success.

Essential Job Functions

* Manage the backend processes of order fulfillment on behalf of the global B2B team working closely with PSMs and Channel Sales Managers including processing Agreements, partnership with E-Commerce, Membership Services and Finance teams to deliver products to B2B customers.

* Facilitate internal communication within the GOE team and provides follow-up on group activities in order to meet deadlines and project completion timelines.

* Collaborate with appropriate GOE team members to design and maintain Sales Enablement material such as B2B guides, collateral and other B2B resources etc.

* Partner with Customer Support (Membership), Org Engagement, Region Leaders, regional PSMs to ensure sales process execution compliance, sales enablement and other relevant processes aimed to ensure first-class delivery on offered PMI products and services.

* Participate in the GOE and Channel Sales CRM processes and to facilitate Agreement (Opportunity) closings and completions.

* Monitor customer inquiry submissions related to Organization Engagement. Process inquiries and distribute them to appropriate team members.

* Collaborate with internal system and platform teams and provide requirements for enhancements and new features to meet the needs of the business

* Assist with collection, governance and maintenance of CRM data related to Global Engagement and Channel Sales

What You'll Bring to the Role

* Bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

* Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a business or corporate office setting; international business exposure and familiarity desirable.

* Strong sales support experience

* Working knowledge of CRM or any other customer management technology

* Experience working in professional and managerial positions; successful relationships and communications with individuals from diverse geographic locations and cultures preferred.

* Ability to Identify, check/cross-check, and maintain detailed information for diverse information to track and report.

* Ability to prepare and design presentations for Account Management team and the PMI leadership.

* Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite and use of internet, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as project tools such as and Microsoft Project.

* Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment

* Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills

* Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
