Job Description
  • Assist events industry professionals, companies, not-for-profits and event holders in placing rental orders;

  • Make changes to (revise) existing rental orders;

  • Provide guidance and make suggestions to assist in the order placement process (and maximize rental revenue);

  • Meet with event pro's and event holders within a Premiere showroom;

  • Connect, upon request and approval, with event pro's and event holders outside the showroom environment;

  • Become an involved and contributing member of the Austin / Central Texas special events community;

  • Be conversant with the latest event design trends;

  • Work cooperatively with company administration, management staff and coworkers.

*Associate or Bachelor's degree;

*Previous experience in customer- facing roles helpful;

*Strong commitment to customer service excellence;

*Well developed organizational and time management skills;

*Good written and verbal communication ability;

*Ability to remain comfortable in face-paced work environment;

*Ability to adapt and adjust to changing circumstances;

*Team-player mentality;

*Tolerant and accepting of all people.
