The purpose of this position is to support Business Unit Leaders (BULs) to ensure programs achieve their goals, including but not limited to contract obligations, quality and technical requirements, schedule, budget, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage / Lead multiple projects from contract award through contract completion.
- Develop strong customer relationships to understand their needs, anticipate obstacles, and to advocate internally on their behalf.
- Track programs, manage program risks and provide risk mitigation plans.
- Conduct reviews of schedule and inventory availability to ensure schedule success.
- Analyze total BOM costs and identify opportunities for improvement to maximize cost efficiencies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
- Provide regular forecast updates to BULs.
- Assist in the Bid and Proposal process as required.
- Provide weekly / monthly metrics as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
