Summary

The Supervisor, Project Manager Planning & Administration will be the focal point to manage the administration of the business process & system projects achieving internal business process efficiency and scalability which ultimately lead to enhanced customer service and financial performance at the enterprise level. Furthermore, the incumbent will take the leadership role cultivating systematic approach to compile, document, plan / prioritize, execute, monitor, and report the delivery of project works which expands across the total ERP workstreams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Sr. Director of Supply Chain & Analytics to maintain the future enterprise process & system roadmap which best support the business growth strategy
  • Promote "accountable" supply chain project management disciplines in terms of identifying business operations improvement opportunities (goals), qualifying project ROIs, defining resource requirements (RACI), establishing project schedule, and managing the project execution to the agreed upon business timelines (& quality) working with internal business team and external solution providers
  • Be the gatekeeper for continuously appraising the interdependencies among short-term (tactical) and long-term (strategic) business initiatives optimizing business investments (or eliminating the occurrence of duplicate project works or re-works)
  • Maintaining Bi-Weekly SC Project Status Update Communication & Feedback loop: Initiation Planning Execution Post-Mortem
  • Actively collaborate with Business Intelligence & Data Management and IT pillars to determine continuous improvement ideas leading to higher efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of business operations from people-process-system-data dimensions

Supervisor Duties

Directly manage (1) Junior Project Manager and,

  • Provide indirect oversight to those internal / external resources that are assigned by project work.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a field of quantitative studies (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, and/or Supply Chain Management)ears of functional
  • Collaborative communication approach to drive business decisions without authority
  • Ability to communicate effectively with IT & functional business staff at all levels

Computer Skills

  • Strong MS Office Suite Expertise (MS Excel, PPT, and Visio)
  • Experience in ERP such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and/or Similar
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based supply chain accelerators and business applications (SAP IBP, SAP Ariba, SAP WMS, etc)

Language Skills

  • English (reading, writing, and verbal)

Other Skills

  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and directed.
  • Knowledge of working with databases.
  • Must be a "Team Player"

  • ASQ, ASCM, PMI, or equivalent certifications

For this position, the expected base pay is: $77,500 - $116,500/ Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
