Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Shifts Available:

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Rotating Weekend Coverage)
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Rotating Weekend Coverage)
  • Training on 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM)

Compensation:

  • Range: $36.15 - $41.60 based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure machinery and equipment reliability through preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
  • Use hand tools and measuring instruments for parts dimensional changes.
  • Assemble, install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and equipment.
  • Adhere to plant safety policies and participate in safety programs.
  • Provide guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) or technical training.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to select and operate hand, power, and specialty tools.
  • Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery and systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software.
