Position Description:

In the role of Financial Analyst Sr., you will be working in Pediatrics, performing advanced-level grants accounting and administrative functions as an independent, autonomous business partner to Department stakeholders. Performs complex financial and business-related analysis, data manipulation and forecast preparation, in support of and concerntration in a high volume of Grants & Contracts in the higher education and non-profit sector. Serves as an important resource for providing guidance and oversight related to the fiscal, administrative, and regulatory management of grants and contracts. Responsible for coordinating workflow to ensure compliance and deadlines are met. Provides fiscal reports for control and management of the Department of Pediatrics (DOP) financial affairs. Purpose
All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX, and UT.

Preferred Schedule:
Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate clinical needs.
