Omega Industrial Safety is seeking a Inside Sales to grow the sale and the delivery of industrial guardrail products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, cultivating, qualifying leads and closing new business and manage customer and partner relationships and expectations from an inside sales perspective.
This a critical role and will prove pivotal in the continued growth of the Omega Industrial Safety product line. The ideal candidate requires a self-directed, forward-thinking and energetic person who is results oriented and capable of professional and detailed follow through. Must be instrumental to helping grow the business by proactively managing and delivering technical information to customers online and via telephone will need to be able to select best products for the customer. Must be nimble and able to pivot between different markets, product lines and applications.
We are looking an individual who has sat on the other side of the table, someone who is naturally curious and has been the customer, and someone who wants to share their knowledge and experiences with our potential and existing customers to help them figure out which solution is the best fit for their organization.
