Job Summary
Collaborate with all Prevea providers to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental or emotional problems. Assess and manage patients referred to behavioral Care to facilitate access to appropriate services. Provide ongoing direct psychotherapy and family therapy. Involvement in education and consultation programs for the community and Prevea employees. Participation in the development and implementation of programming. Assess and manage patients referred to Behavioral Care to facilitate access to appropriate services.

Education Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social work, Psychiatric Nursing, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field. Required
Experience Qualifications
  • Experience working with low-income clients. Required
Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of community resources.
Licenses and Certifications
  • WI licensed as a psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, or psychiatric nurse. Upon Hire Required
  • Medicaid outpatient certification Upon Hire Required
  • CPS/BLS Certification Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from approved program or Prevea sponsored program. Upon Hire Required
